Sarah the Friesian Cow is one of the oldest members of the menagerie, and has graced the crochet hooks of countless crafters for more than ten years. Based on one of the most popular breeds of dairy cattle, the Holstein-Friesian, which outnumbers all other dairy breeds in the USA and produces almost all of America's milk supply, this crochet version was revised for the latest edition of Edward's Menagerie and is the perfect way to practice complex color changing and the 'loop stitch' technique.
