At The Woolery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
